Birds in the park.
Neil Sumner, of the Essex Wildlife Trust, visited the Park on 1 May walking from Hockley Woods and then through towards the car park at Cherry Orchard Way. This was to carry out some research for the Upper Roach Valley Living Landscape Project.
During his walk, Neil made some notes on the birds he saw (and heard) which he has shared with us and you will find them copied below. We hope you will be as excited as we were when you see the variety and number of birds spotted during a relatively short visit.
