Who can use the Bridleway?

It seems there has been some confusion in recent weeks regarding who has the right to use the bridleway in the park. This has probably arisen as everyone has been forced onto the driest parts of the park to walk, ride and cycle.
Here's the information you need. 
Horse riders, walkers and cyclists are permitted to use the bridleway - 
motorised vehicles are NOT.
